PMEI’s NRGView App permits display of analytics and trends about energy consuming sources and other environmental sensors. A tool for custom configuration, local set-up and automated building health monitoring of energy consumption. Features of the App include:
- Tracks and displays utility service provider bills with automated analytics to produce Energy Utilization Intensity (EUI) metrics and automated release of payment.
- Energy consumption and performance simulation features to assist with capital outlay and energy source decisions.
- Direct monitoring of on-going operations to track and alarm on problem conditions as they develop.
- Direct access to enterprise-wide archive and filing system for all facility paperwork.
